Quality Hotel Real Aeropuerto Santo Domingo

The staff was very helpful, friendly, it is my fifth stay,and every time it is a pleasure to be there. Breakfast is very good!!! Left important medicine in my room and promptly was notified I was very appreciative of their service.Thank you to all the staff.

They had a restaurant open late which was convenient. I stayed here because I missed a flight so I needed something not far from the airport. The staff was nice.

Rudelania was a welcoming face upon arrival. She made checking in very easy. She also was very open to my questions about amenities at the hotel and about traveling around Santo Domingo. Víctor the taxi driver deserves an award for a job well done. He navigated with me through rush hour traffic and helped me get to each of the places I needed. The staff in the restaurant were also welcoming and attentive. The food itself was good and plentiful. Other staff in general greeted politely and helped with things such as towels for the pool. The grounds (inside and out) are well kept.

the property is near the airport, it was great for what I needed. Staff were friendly, such a rar finding in DR. I would recommend this hotel.

We needed accommodation for 1 night near the airport. This hotel was great for this purpose. The room was simple but nice and it was good to accommodate our family with 2 kids.
