Rudelania was a welcoming face upon arrival. She made checking in very easy. She also was very open to my questions about amenities at the hotel and about traveling around Santo Domingo. Víctor the taxi driver deserves an award for a job well done. He navigated with me through rush hour traffic and helped me get to each of the places I needed. The staff in the restaurant were also welcoming and attentive. The food itself was good and plentiful. Other staff in general greeted politely and helped with things such as towels for the pool. The grounds (inside and out) are well kept.

Very helpful and friendly reception! Good breakfast with large choice and also fresh fruits.. very nice pool area with tropical plants, we did not expect this for an airport hotel. Perfect distance to airport. Airport transfer: we booked it before arrival with Sichala taxi, the official taxi company of the airport, and paid only 10 USD.
